These terms apply to anyone who creates an account or buys a course on the LearnTech online store. By creating an account, you agree to them.
You must give accurate details when you register and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account. If you think someone else has used it, change your password straight away, or use Forgot Password.
Prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where it applies. A course belongs to your account once payment is complete, and the purchase appears in your order history and in My Courses.
Each course is licensed to one person for their own learning. Sharing your login, or copying, recording or reselling course videos and material, is not allowed and may lead to your account being closed.
If a course is not what you expected, you may ask for a refund within 7 days of buying it, as long as you have not completed more than one chapter. Contact us using the details below.
Reviews must be honest and respectful. LearnTech may remove reviews that are offensive, misleading or unrelated to the course.
LearnTech only collects the details needed to run your account and process your orders, and handles them in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Card details are never stored on our system.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
